If your abstract gets approved

You will get the following:

  • Free conference pass to attend the entire 2 days conference
  • Invitation to the exclusive speakers evening and welcome party the day before the conference
  • Invitation to the conference party on the evening of the first conference day

Travel

Unless otherwise agreed, the organizer will pay for max. 2 nights accommodation at the conference Hotel.

We encourage international speakers to give 2 talks / workshops (in different tracks) so that Topconf will pay for the flight ticket as well.
