The business development of customer oriented digital services is changing as rapidly as software development. Why it is not as visible? The main reason - the legacy drags the companies back and hinders their ability to move on. That is why the majority of traditional companies are still in the year 2007 with their digital services and have no clue how to move on.
The digital services have moved in to the 6th generation of services - to the place where intelligence, automation and service design define everything.
