Michael has worked as a Creative Director in the Russian advertising and communication industry for over 20 years. From the early 90s, when Russian advertising was in its infancy to the present day, his creative journey has been a roller coaster ride, always adapting to the ever changing communication environment in the thrilling Russian market. From creating iconic Russian campaigns for mega brands like Nescafe, Visa, Fairy to promo & activation, digital and SM campaigns, Mike believes creativity thrives when embracing the 'new' and that at heart, we can all create. As a regular speaker on branding and creativity he has been sharing this hunger for the 'new' and connecting audiences with their creative inner self. Mike recently started learning to fly and discovered a world that is nothing short of a miracle. He believes we should all learn to fly; from the sheer exhilaration to what it teaches us about work, communication and resource management. He will be telling us why.
