To achieve that I bring my experience and understanding of the market(ing), customer's needs, technologies and practical know-how. As an agile coach I been helping Skype (first full-time internal coach and trainer), telecoms, financial institutions and product/service development companies on implementing agility and lean mindset since 2009. I have over 25 year of sales experience. Studied IT and business management and was working with a wide range of business and development methodologies. Now I'm focusing on helping clients to generate bigger sales by creating compelling and innovative services and products. I'm working with the whole value stream. My tools - coaching, facilitation, service design (thinking), lean startup thinking, business model generation, innovation games (market research), customers development, root-cause analyses, story mapping, scrum, kanban and many other serves me well in delivering results to my clients on promises.
