Behave yourself! – getting more value out of relationships
After setting the scene, we explore the relationships between various parties (for instance Business and IT, Development and Operations) and approaches to improve how they collaborate. After we’ve pinpointed productive managerial and operational behaviour, we’ll determine what actually influences behaviour. This gives you a better insight in the kind of changes that need to be made. Various exercises give you ample opportunity to discover your individual values, dominant emotions etc. and how these influence others. The final part of our session focusses on the most difficult area: behavioural change. We explore behaviour drivers and how to approach changing them and in so doing, influence behaviour and thereby, results.
