When developing software solutions, a lot of effort is put into bringing the best possible functionality to the user and client. However beside the obvious, there are a lot of hidden challenges to be mastered. Not putting enough thought and effort into them can bring a project at risk. In this track we look at some real-world examples and learn how these challenges can be mastered. A wide range of topics including, but not limited to, user experience, user interface, usability over cyber security to performance or people’s communication will be covered.
