Mindful communication for leaders

How to foster direct communication in self-enabled teams? You cannot foster it! You have to actually live it. You lead by example. And you decide which example you'll be for your team. And your fellow-workers will decide if they follow you – or not. 

Leading by example is extremely powerful: everybody is able to use it – regardless of the role he or she is currently holding. From assistant to developer, from architect to manager.
So perhaps it's also kind of dangerous – for the „old mindset“ where managers tell people what to do and when to do it. This talk will focus on how mindfulness and different aspects of communication can help to lead and inspire people. 
As we learn best by analysing failures (inspect) and develop better strategies (adapt), we will also dive a bit into the „developer's world“ and „debug“ some situations to get hold of the key facts of: 
  •  using a clean language
  • the impact of using positive and yet though valid words
  • what will happen to your own mind when communicating mindfully
